Client Information
The client has been operating since 1935 providing unique hobbies, models, games, toys, and more to entertain and excite their customers.

Role Objective
The primary objective of this role is to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the team by providing high-quality administrative support, ensuring seamless management of digital files, and creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation and databases. The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in streamlining operations and improving overall organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Inbox & Calendar Management:
Efficiently manage and organize email inboxes.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

Digital Files Organization:
Maintain and organize digital files for easy access and retrieval.

Asset Creation:
Create presentation slides and flowcharts for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Document Systems & Processes:
Document systems and processes to create comprehensive SOPs.

Supplier Database Management:
Create and maintain a detailed supplier database.

General Administrative Tasks:
Perform ad hoc data entry and other general administrative tasks as needed.
Manage the department’s folders on Monday.com.

Required Skills
Gsuite & Office Proficiency:
Demonstrated ability to use PowerQuery, Macros, and create dashboards in Gsuite and Microsoft Office.

Monday.com Expertise:
Ability to create and manage project boards with complex automation on Monday.com.

Strong Written & Verbal Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of writing emails in varying tones and creating detailed SOPs.

Organization & Attention to Detail:
Highly organized with sharp attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Gsuite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Expertise in using and managing Monday.com with complex automation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Able to collaborate within and outside of the team
-Two (2) monitors for working
-there is no pre-assessment before you are considered for the role but it is essential for you to prepare  15-20-minute presentation to demonstrate the required skills. It can be a form of PowerPoint, live demo, or anything you can think of to demonstrate the skills.
