**Responsibilities**
- Manage the General Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders, conveying messages and requests accurately and professionally.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
- Perform data entry as required.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands for the General Manager as requested.
- Manage and maintain digital files, documents, and databases.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate the needs of the General Manager and proactively address them.
- Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives as directed by the GM.
- Collaborate with other members of the executive team and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations.

**Required Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting high-level executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with mínimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and matters.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience working in a virtual or remote environment is a plus.
**Required Language Skills**:
English, Tagalog
