We're looking for a dynamic Customer Experience Change and Training Manager to lead optimisation initiatives, foster seamless communication, and design innovative training programs. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future, communicate with clarity, and empower our team through innovative training programs. 

Your day will involve 

  • Develop and execute strategic and performance optimisation change management plans. 
  • Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes. 
  • Ensure clarity and consistency in messaging across various channels and audiences. 
  • Develop communication materials and FAQs. 
  • Identify training needs related to new processes, systems, or organizational changes. 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. 
  • Engage with senior leadership to provide updates and insights on change management progress. 
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. 

What are we looking for? 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Communication, Human Resources, or related field. 
  • 7+ years of experience in change management, communication, and training roles 
  • Proficiency in using communication and training software (e.g., LMS, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite) 
  • Critical thinking skills to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple change initiatives  
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
