We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Manager in Training. As a key member of our retail team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and growing company.

About the Role

  • Supervise the customer service department and tailor the stores' service and products to meet the specific needs of customers in the local area.
  • Work collaboratively with a highly enthusiastic team in a competitive supermarket environment.
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and management.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership and delegation skills.
  • Coach, train, and performance manage team members to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
