We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join our Accounting & Tax team in Canberra on a 6-month fixed-term basis. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and ready to provide excellent customer and client service.

What will your typical week look like?

Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and preparing financial packages.  Communicate with advisers, partners and staff to ensure exceptional service delivery to support them in servicing client requests. Attend to ASIC requirements, along with new entity establishments. Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service.
