**The Role**
By supporting the financial planners and as a critical member of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring that the clients receive the support and service they need to achieve their financial goals.

**On a day-to-day basis your duties may consist of**:

- Become the friendly voice that clients know and trust, providing them with the information they need in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with our financial planners to ensure that our clients' needs are met and that their goals are achieved
- Manage complex paperwork associated with various platforms, self-managed superannuation funds, and share trading, ensuring that our clients' investments are always up-to-date
- Prepare and distribute client reports and correspondence, keeping clients informed about their progress and next steps
- Continuously build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, collaborating with other teams to achieve common goals
- Continuously seek out opportunities to grow and develop your skills, taking on new challenges as they arise
