Position Overview:
As their Senior HR Business Partner, you'll embark on a purpose-driven journey, working closely with key stakeholders to drive strategic HR initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who is relationship-driven at their core. Someone who can read the play and is excellent at setting self-boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with mid-senior level stakeholders to address HR challenges and drive strategic solutions.
  • Provide trusted advice, coaching, and support to stakeholders, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
  • Navigate complex HR issues with confidence and integrity, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
  • Champion organisational change initiatives, consulting with unions and driving harmonisation efforts.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with client groups, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth - (Must be comfortable travelling to multiple site locations).

About you:

  • Strong understanding of procedural fairness, employment law, and foundational HR policies.
  • Master at setting self-boundaries and pragmatic in nature.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and passionate about driving positive change.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in partnering with a blue-collar workforce is advantageous but not essential.
