Retail, Consumer & Auto (RCA) provides specialised contract warehouse and distribution services to a range of industries across the globe including Consumer & Beverages, Specialty Retail, Auto and FMCG. We offer our customers an array of robust and flexible logistics and warehouse distribution solutions in the third-party logistics (3PL) market.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Import & Export Coordinator to manage and streamline our warehouse container operations for our retail customer nationally. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating smooth and efficient movement of goods supporting the DC operations

Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm (negotiable).

As the Import & Export Coordinator, you will work closely with warehouse teams to ensure:

  • Container movements and unloading

  • Loading of trucks accurately and in a timely manner

  • Processing of all orders on time and accurately

  • Completion of all required paperwork accurately and in full

  • Capture of 100% of chargeable activities either through WMS or on paper

  • Reporting any issues that may cause delays, immediately to the KCA demand planning team

About you:

  • Sound experience in Logistics/SuppIy Chain Management across warehousing

  • Experience in similar position highly regarded

  • Understanding of the concept of providing a service to a client, in a third party contracted logistics environment

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Office - Excel

  • Willingness to lean, positive attitude and team player

  • Lateral thinker, flexible and results oriented
