The Opportunity:

We are searching for a Import and Export Coordinator to join our Sydney team.

In this role, you will work alongside our high-performing team to drive performance adhering to KPI's in order to maintain the success of a growing organization.

You will be responsible for Plan and Co-ordinate Goodman Fielder export customer orders.

Specifically, you will be responsible for: 

  • Oversee daily transport operations, including order management, equipment availability, and handling transport issues.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines and 3PLs to book slots, resolve issues, and maintain container visibility.
  • Manage invoicing for freight forwarders, cartage, and consumables, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PLs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize commercial acumen and strategic planning to optimize operations and ensure long-term success.

About you: 

  • Experience working in export industry is essential
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain drivers within FMCG is highly desirable
  • Strong ERP/MRP skills with any experience of using SAP as an advantage
  • A high attention to detail and solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong communication and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders quickly
  • A willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
