Goodman Fielder is seeking a highly skilled Import and Export Coordinator to join our Sydney team. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will play a critical role in driving performance and maintaining the success of our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate Goodman Fielder export customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Oversee daily transport operations, including order management, equipment availability, and handling transport issues.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines and 3PLs to book slots, resolve issues, and maintain container visibility.
  • Manage invoicing for freight forwarders, cartage, and consumables, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PLs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize commercial acumen and strategic planning to optimize operations and ensure long-term success.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in the export industry is essential.
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain drivers within FMCG is highly desirable.
  • Strong ERP/MRP skills with any experience of using SAP as an advantage.
  • A high attention to detail and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders quickly.
  • A willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
