About our Opportunity

We're looking for a sales hunter to join Stegbar Showers Stapylton branch to prospect new customers and maintain strong relationships with our existing customers, servicing Brisbane Metro. You will diligently plan, organise and carry out selling activities that will enable you to exceed your sales targets and contribute to our sustainable profitable growth.  

In addition, you’ll:

  • strategically execute business development initiatives to generate sales leads and achieve KPIs, revenue and margin targets
  • manage contacts through Sales Databases
  • interpret technical design plans, plus assess and measure job projects
  • prepare selling activity reports

For the right person who has Shower Screens and Wardrobe product experience, we can offer the role to service either Gold Coast, Brisbane or Sunshine Coast regions. 

About You

We’re looking for a self-motivated industry professional with a strong service ethos who thrives in taking the lead in managing their own work schedule, experience in Shower Screens and Wardrobe products is essential to being considered for this opportunity. Leveraging your ability to build rapport, engage and influence people effectively will be a must along with your capability to negotiate, close deals, combined with your ability to proactively find and develop new business will be key to your success in this role. 

You must also have: 

  • aptitude to develop knowledge of building process, building codes and regulations, including Australian Standards knowledge: AS1288-2006, AS2047-1999
  • previous sales experience prospecting and lead generation activities working with architects, builders and/or retail customers, highly desirable
  • ability to use CRM Salesforce
  • strong people skills with the ability to liaise with a range of people at different levels
