**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our STR management services to prospective clients. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to manage your own schedule and prioritize client interactions.

**We're Looking for Someone Who**:

- **Passion for Communication**: We need someone passionate about and enthusiastic towards communicating with clients, with a genuine desire to assist them.
- **People Person**: Enjoys meeting and interacting with different people and building strong client relationships.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value of our services.
- **Self-Driven**: A self-starter who takes initiative and is motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Outreach**: Reach out to potential clients through various channels to introduce them to our STR management services.
- **Client Follow-Up**: Manage your time effectively to follow up with clients, answer their inquiries, and provide tailored solutions.
- **Inbound Calls**: The company will refer inbound calls to you, giving you a steady stream of interested clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage your own time effectively.
- **Excellent Communication**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of the STR industry and our clients.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with technology and CRM tools.
- **Owns a car and is capable of driving to meet clients when required.**

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
