Role and Responsibilities:

  • Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity of the entire team
  • Diary management ensuring the Lead Agent has their days and time with clients and team maximised
  • Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing with absolute accuracy
  • Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management
  • Provision of weekly vendor reports for the agent’s listings
  • Self-managing day to day tasks
  • Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a high functioning real estate administration role is advantageous but not essential (1-2+ years)
  • strong team management skills are highly valued
  • A solution focused approach with the drive to execute independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Exemplary organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
  • Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package
  • Holds a current QLD Registration Certificate
