**What You'll Do**:
Working as part of a close-knit team, as a Sales Administrator you will support internal and external customers with the creation of quotations and sales orders, as well as providing post-sale support to meet strict regulatory requirements. Ensuring a quality experience is delivered to our customers, this position will work within a dynamic environment and support our team to meet our Service Level Agreements.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Create sales proposals in Aristocrat’s quoting tool, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Liaise daily with Business Development Executives (BDE's) to review and maintain sales opportunities
- Ensure quote proposals requirements are accurate and processed in a timely manner
- Work with the Customer Liaison team to ensure post-sales processes are followed and completed within strict timeframes
- Be a team player - participate in daily stand-up discussions and communicate current workload
- Be up to date with current sales promotions, products, and compliance
- Follow process guides to ensure accurate data entry to minimise customer impact.
- Ensure customer information is accurate and maintained in Salesforce

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience in a sales support and or customer service role
- Experience with Customer Relation Management (CRMs), Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics AX would be highly regarded
- Computer Literate with proficient knowledge of MS Office
- Previous exposure working within a gaming or technical environment would be beneficial
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to be highly adaptable while maintaining a positive attitude
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and over the phone
- The ability to build good rapport and relationships with internal and external customers

**Please note this role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.**
- We work flexibly here at Aristocrat and have a hybrid work model. This role will be based out of our office in Newcastle, you will have the flexibility to work in the office and from home._
