Our focus is to deliver great talent experiences, working with our people leaders to attract and hire the best talent in the market, and supporting our internal talent development needs to ensure we have the right leadership to achieve our T25 ambitions and beyond.

In this diverse and challenging role, the core focus will be collaborating with various stakeholders across Telstra to gain a clear understanding our current and future leadership requirements, our internal talent population, and external talent pools. The role involves executing seamless end-to-end executive searches and guiding our talent along their career journeys within Telstra to help them reach their full potential, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.

Intellectually curious with a passion for people and naturally able to build rapport, you will showcase your strong interpersonal and project management capabilities. Other desired attributes include:

  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple, competing priorities

  • A proactive ‘can do’ attitude and agility to work at pace but not as the expense of quality.

  • Strategic sourcing to increase market and prospective candidate knowledge (i.e. connecting and sourcing people, not desk research)

If this opportunity sounds like a perfect fit for you, we'd encourage you to apply
