In this role you will:

  • Design and deploy AVS solutions tailored to meet the specific needs and expectations of our clients.
  • Collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze them effectively, and provide expert technical guidance.
  • Develop comprehensive solution architectures, design specifications, deployment and migration plans to ensure successful implementation.
  • Configure and implement various AVS components including clusters, networks, storage, security, and backup.
  • Seamlessly integrate AVS solutions with other Azure services and third-party applications to optimize performance and functionality.
  • Migrate workloads to the AVS solution as per migration plans
  • Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and security of deployed AVS solutions.
  • Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution of any issues encountered during deployment or operation.
  • Offer technical support and training to clients and stakeholders as needed.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in AVS and cloud computing, sharing insights and best practices with the team.

About You

  • 5+ years as senior technical designer/architect & 3 years in System Integrator role
  • Minimum 3 years in solution-selling environment
  • Experience in sales and technical documentation
  • Familiarity with IT marketing, including sales support
  • Proficient in Azure VMware solutions, VMware ESX and Azure landing zone skills including networking options such as ExpressRoute and VPNs
  • Familiarity with third-party solutions that complement Azure VMware solution architectures
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability in project analysis, proposal costing, financial management, and creative problem-solving
