Let’s talk about this role
As the Digital Experience Strategist, you will help create digital strategies to solve business problems that promote user experience.
You will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to document business requirements and objectives while working with technical experts to develop solutions.
Focused on improving member satisfaction, increasing completion of self-service actions, contributing to meeting additional member needs via cross-sell and improving health engagement and literacy will all be key outcomes.
Let’s talk about you
The successful candidate will have 3+ years marketing or digital experience, with demonstrated application in web design/content. You will have a good understanding of user experience, behaviour and design principles and how this is applied to experiment implementation and analysis.
Influencing, negotiating and communications skills will be key to success as we refine overall strategies and align prioritisation of initiatives and backlogs based on member benefit and commercial value.
Furthermore, we’re looking for:
Ability to analyse data using different data sources
Proven experience working in digital analytics, optimisation or behavioural research positions
Applied understanding of SEO in content and web design
Proven experience in applying innovation or optimisation frameworks
Experience working with Optimizely and/or other Optimisation tools
Previous experience working in health insurance or financial services (preferred)
