Digital Coordinator in Newcastle

As the Digital Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing sales administration support to the Digital Sales Manager, Digital Account Managers, Local Sales Managers, and Local Salespeople.

In this role, you will be based in Newcastle and report to the Digital Sales Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the team in booking campaigns within our booking system, Salesforce.
  • Liaising closely with the Campaign Management, Ad Ops, Commercial Product, and Programmatic teams to ensure campaigns are set up and are running smoothly.
  • Tracking campaigns including mid and post-campaign reporting.
  • Preparing sales reports including campaign & client tracking reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and various systems.
  • Generating revenue reports and keeping the pipeline up to date.
  • Preparing proposal decks and forecasting ad delivery.
  • Optimising existing campaigns.
  • Chasing creative assets.
