As a Post Placement Support Consultant, your role will be to monitor and provide post placement support to participants in employment, identify barriers to ongoing employment and provide a solution focused approach to assist the participant in maintaining employment. 

This role is located in  Launceston, TAS  Region and report directly to the State Manager.

What we need from you:

Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments. Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment. Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders. High degree of self-motivation Strong engagement and relationship building skills Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel suites of programs
