As a Post Placement Support Consultant at APM, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our participants in employment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide ongoing support and guidance to help them maintain employment and overcome any barriers that may arise.

This role is located in the Launceston region and reports directly to the State Manager. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for employment services, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and provide post placement support to participants in employment
  • Identify and address barriers to ongoing employment
  • Develop and implement solutions to support participants in maintaining employment
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the State Manager and other team members to achieve employment outcomes

Requirements:

  • Experience in employment services or transferable skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments
  • Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Current driver's licence
  • Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle for work purposes
  • Criminal history check
  • Working with Children Check
