Role:

In this role, you’ll be in charge of rolling out, monitoring, and managing safety programs and systems across projects, making sure everything lines up with what the business and clients need.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Put Health and Safety goals into action at the site or location level, aligned with overall strategy.
  • Help shape and implement broader company strategies, initiatives, and best practices in Health & Safety.
  • Keep up with client-specific requirements and systems, and ensure they match standards.
  • Provide updates on relevant legislation and organizational changes as needed.
  • Qssess workplace environments, equipment, and practices to ensure the comply with their Health & Safety Management systems and legal requirements.

Expereince Required

  • Hold a minimum of a Cert IV in Work Health & Safety
  • Have a valid driver’s license and white card
  • Experienced in conducting audits
  • Skilled in training team members
  • Flexibility to work a night shift once a month
  • ICAM qualification is a plus
