About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HSE Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in the handover and commissioning phase of a major infrastructure project. As part of this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to utilise your expertise in HSSE while contributing to the growth and success of a groundbreaking project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute HSSE documentation in accordance with project requirements and standards.
  • Develop and own Principal Contractor Safety Management Systems.
  • Optimise HSSE systems and assist Commissioning Manager with Principal Contractor Activities and Responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, inter-company staff, and subcontractors, to maintain effective communication and relationships.
  • Provide training to client staff during the commissioning process and ensure competence in safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Senior HSSE Advisor, with specific experience in Principal Contractor Responsibilities.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster effective relationships and collaborate across teams.
  • Solution-focused mindset.
  • Health & Safety Certificate/Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in report writing, basic computer skills, and familiarity with commissioning permit systems and isolation procedures.
