Novotel Sydney Darling Square is centrally located in the heart of Darling Harbour. The contemporary hotel offers a range of services and facilities. The hotel is the ideal venue for small to medium sized functions, meetings and conferences for up to 120 guests. With six dedicated conference and meeting rooms, each room offers an abundance of natural light.

The iconic Pumphouse Bar & Restaurant stands as an exceptional venue, ready to ignite your creative flair and curate uniquely tailored events for your clients.

Job Description
Handling all aspects of group reservations (mainly leisure) and maintaining accurate and efficient communication with clients Coordinate with the Sales/Events teams to understand group requirements to meet client’s needs Maintaining detailed records of group blocks, special request, billing information and follow up on invoicing and payment Work closely with Revenue Team and collaborate with other departments such us Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B to ensure smooth running of groups stay Assist in resolving any issues or concerns related to group bookings Create opportunities for increased revenue & loyalty to achieve financial targets Ensuring service standards & agreed systems are achieved Assist FIT reservations, as per business demand
Qualifications
Previous experience in hotel reservations preferred Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in hotel reservations systems, property management systems and Microsoft Office suite
