C.ex Group is seeking a motivated and experienced individual for the role of Community Relations Coordinator and Marketing Admin. This position encompasses all aspects of community engagement and club grants administration for all C.ex Group venues. The successful candidate will also support various marketing activities and initiatives across the group.

Core Responsibilities

 

  • Administration and processing of the Club Grants program
  • Coordinate C.ex Community Crew annual events and volunteering efforts
  • Manage the community social media calendar for the Group
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to enhance the C.ex Group brand
  • Support the marketing department with various tasks, including digital media, promotions, membership programs and special events

 

Desirable Skills

 

  • Communication: Skilled in liaising with charities, organisations, staff and mebers, to understand and meet the grant requirements
  • Coordination: Experienced in administration of club grants program
  • Administration: Proficient in writing and proofreading content for reports and digital media
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer skills, proficiency in Office 365 programs
  • Certifications: RSA and RCG
  • Experience: Familiarity with the Club Grants program or similar, with some background in marketing, social media or communications
