The role 

In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the administration and financial functions for all aspects of the Sustainability team. You will be integral to supporting the General Manager, Innogen in delivery management services for embedded networks.

Working closely with a cohesive team, this position encompasses all aspects of administration, accounts and customer management.

What you will be doing 

  • Liaising with the Embedded Network Operator in the delivery of monthly electricity invoices, debtor management, metering works and customer service.
  • Coordinating electricity connections and disconnections as required in the Embedded Networks.
  • Day to day billing administration, plus reviewing and summarising monthly electricity invoices produced by the external billing provider.
  • Managing and maintaining all registries associated with the holding of Renewable Certificates and Carbon Offsets.
  • Preparing and providing monthly embedded network reporting to relevant stakeholders.
  • Team administration, including coordinating meetings and minute taking.
  • Preparing of monthly forecasts and reporting in partnership with the finance team.
