About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administration Professional to join our team at Siemens Healthineers. As a key member of our Customer Services (CS) team, you will be responsible for all tasks related to commercial administration, including contract administration, controlling, and reporting functions to ensure the financial and economic well-being of the business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support CS Business Management in the creation of CS Quotations and Contracts
  • Ensure accurate input and administration into SAP of Service Contracts
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Generate all POs in a timely manner
  • Assist with queries pertaining to Contracts

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a commercial and/or accounting environment, preferably in customer services. You should have a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, as well as excellent organization, time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. A degree in Business Administration/Accounting is desirable.
