Join our Team as a Team Leader, Global Client Delivery in the Healthcare Industry
In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of a regional or global team to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy, structures, processes and metrics of the team in order to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
The Team Leader/Supervisor, Global Client Delivery is also accountable for enabling operational delivery, quality and efficiency, and continuously developing innovative solutions for team and customer success.
In this role, you will be part of the Central Labs Services department, a department driving critical research and development that impact lives globally.
You will work fully remote in this role.
In more details, you will:
- Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of your project management team, ensuring appropriate resource allocation, workload balance, and seamless integration of services.
- Lead a team of experienced project and study design managers.
- Coordinate and monitor progress to achieve team goals.
- Implement, monitor, and report performance metrics.
- Ensure effective and timely adherence to management communications, meetings, and procedures.
- Team Development: Lead and develop a talented and diverse team. Understand your team's delivery needs, set clear performance expectations, and support them to achieve these goals.
- Ensure the development of a competent workforce to meet growth plans within budget.
- Establish and monitor performance objectives for direct reports, taking corrective action where appropriate.
- Client Focus: Support client relationship activities and ensure your team meets key business stakeholder needs.
- Lead client relationship activities, proactively consult with customers to understand their needs and adapt delivery whenever possible.
- Manage and ensure the resolution of customer complaints, issues, and concerns related to team responsibilities.
- Innovation and Change: Align your team with our department strategy and participate in or lead functional team initiatives and process improvements.
- Participate in strategy execution for the department and communicate strategy to your team.
- Instill and manage a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity.
What we are looking for:
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in people management in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably working experience in the clinical trial industry, but minimum a high interest in the clinical trial industry
- Proven People Management: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to inspire confidence and clarity within your team.
- Leadership by Example: Lead by example in behaviors and coach employees to achieve their best.
- Client Relationship Management: Experience in supporting client relationships and ensuring client delivery.
- Process Improvement: Ability to participate in or lead initiatives to improve team processes.
- Excellence in delivery and customer centric approach
- Stakeholder management in a matrix based environment
