About the Role


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to work on civil design projects related to land, urban, and subdivision in a global engineering consultancy.


As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from early concept design and master planning through to detailed design and construction documentation.


You will be responsible for project design and delivery across various sectors, including independent design, project delivery, and stakeholder management.


Key Responsibilities



  • Civil design mainly relating to urban, land, buildings, and subdivisions
  • Construction phase support, design review, stakeholder management, liaison with authorities, reporting, contract administration, and quality audits
  • Liaising with engineers, designers, and drafters
  • Adhering to professional standards, ethics, and Stantec quality procedures
  • Managing clients and other consultants
  • Assist with project management and business development
  • Support Project Leaders Managers in completing projects in terms of program, profitability, technical risk management, and overall Client satisfaction

Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Demonstrated experience in the civil engineering related to design and delivery of urban, land, buildings, and subdivisions
  • Knowledge of applicable Australian standards, codes, and state requirements
  • Obtain CP Eng and NT Registration as soon as eligible
  • Eligible to obtain Defence baseline security clearance
