Good Neighbour specialises in neighbouring rights management, operating globally to gather and optimise neighbouring rights on a wide scale. As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our operations to offer platinum-level service to all clients, facilitating both the expansion of our client base and our entry into new markets.

About the Role

We are on the hunt for a mature, self-motivated and passionate music supporter to join Good Neighbour as an Operations Coordinator.

Working as a core member of the Good Neighbour team, this person will be responsible for coordinating the servicing of our clients, ensuring the deadlines and service goals are met for our performers. The role includes making claims, with a focus on ensuring each performer is registered for their global income and that income is maximised.

This person will have experience in data entry/analytics and administration, with the ability to think critically and scratch beneath the surface when problem solving. The role best suits a motivated individual with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, who thrives in a busy environment and is comfortable working with changing priorities. They will be hard working, innovative have meticulous attention for detail and have the ability to work autonomously.

The successful candidate will have great communication skills, with the ability to effectively build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholder groups, keeping exceptional client service front of mind through each interaction.

This is a newly created part-time role (3 – 4 days), with potential to move to full-time in the future. This is a hybrid opportunity that offers flexibility in working hours, which would suit someone planning to return to the workforce.

Some of the key responsibilities include –

  • Liaising with Registration Manager and coordinating Team Leaders
  • Registering label copy for Good Neighbours small client base of independent labels
  • Troubleshootingissues as required and responding to all stakeholder queries (internal and external)
  • Providingsupport to the Managing Director and wider Good Neighbour team as required.
