About the role:

  • Provide strategic and hands-on administrative support to a market leading real estate sales and brokerage team
  • Create, edit, and coordinate property marketing campaign material including web listings, brochures, IM’s, signboards, e-brochures, press ads, correspondence, reports and minutes
  • Prepare high quality submission documents and client presentations
  • Team support will include diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, agendas, invoice processing, expense reconciliations, and other ad hoc tasks
  • Assist with the set-up and support for meetings, events, functions, and client presentations
  • Database updating and management in Salesforce and other CBRE systems - we can teach you these 

About you: 

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative, team or operations and marketing support role 
  • Highly organised and problem-solving skills, effectively handling and prioritising multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Committed, enthusiastic team player, with ability to anticipate needs for team members and the business before they arise
  • Passion and interest in securing an opportunity to further develop your written communication, marketing, design, and presentation skills 
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication, both written & verbal
