About the Position

This role will be reporting to the Project Manager and will be based throughout the Sydney Metro area. As a Senior Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager on the day-to-day running of the project and managing a small crew of your own. You will also be required to assist in WHS and ensuring the project is compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-site management of various subcontractors
  • Hands-on work
  • Assist in WHS and ensuring the project is compliant
  • Assist project managers on their projects
  • Manage a team of 2-3 people

Requirements

  • Currently in a Senior Site Supervisor position
  • Previous project delivery experience of earthworks or subdivision projects
  • Able to read and interpret plans properly
  • Capable of managing a small team
