Recruitment Administrator
Growing Organisation Opportunity for Development Part-time (3 Days a week- Hybrid role) - Malvern Location Due to business growth we have a great opportunity for someone with a background in Human Resources and Recruitment administration to consolidate and build their knowledge and skills and contribute to the service provided by the People and Culture team.

About the role:
Work closely with candidates and hiring managers who are our internal customers Arrange and oversee all pre-employment compliance and background checks for potential employees Contact previous employers to verify candidate's employemnet history and capabilities prepare onboarding documents for new employees, as required Produce regular and ad-hoc reports, and handle additional process improvements projects as needed Participating in relevant projects and business improvement activities Providing comprehensive P&C administration support HR Inbox management, workflows and HR Administrative task About you:
Excellent customer service skills and willingness to learn new skill A passion for human resources and an understanding of the needs of a multi-cultural workforce Self-driven with strong multitasking and prioritization skills, capable of working autonomously High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong written and verbal communication skills, with well-developed interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment While recruitment experience is advantageous, it's not a prerequisite as we provide comprehensive training.
