APL is on the hunt for an enthusiastic and experienced Recruitment & Administration Coordinator for our ever-expanding warehousing and manufacturing arm in Melbourne.
As a Recruitment & Administration Coordinator your roles and responsibilities will include;
- Conducting interviews
- Processing of timesheets
- Assisting with staff inductions
- Monthly KPI reporting
- Undertaking compliance checks
- Coordination of return to work plans for injured workers
- Investigating and reporting injuries and near misses that may occur
- Building the portfolio of clients for the business
- Presenting rates to prospective clients
- Induction of new clients
The position will generally be Monday - Friday, but may include some evening and weekend work if required.
If you have prior experience in recruitment, have great communication and presentation skills and think that you have what it takes to help us maintain our current workforce / client base, while also increasing our portfolio of clients, then please submit your resume and cover letter ASAP.
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- South Melbourne V, IC 3205: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
