We are on the look-out for an exceptional HR / Recruitment Administrator to assist one of our client during a busy project for the next 3 months
**The role**
Working alongside a supportive Talent Acquisition Manager and Head of Learning your role will have specific focus around the following tasks:
- Finalising employment offers
- Contract generation, tracking and monitoring
- Working with employees to obtain all documentation required for onboarding
- Organising pre start checks
- HRIS data entry
- Ad-hoc HR administrative tasks to support the recruitment team
This is an excellent opportunity to build on your HR / Recruitment Admin skills
**About you**
Ideally you will have minimum 1-2 years’ experience in similar HR Administration role, possess excellent communication skills, be tech savvy and available to commence immediately
