**About Us**

We are an industry-recognised, award-winning specialist legal recruitment company, who are seeking a talented individual to join our growing team as a Recruitment Administrator.

Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, conducting interviews, building relationships, and assisting in various aspects of the recruitment process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing, managing, and placing Lawyers, from Associate level through to Partner / General Counsel appointments
- Prepare job descriptions and conduct reference checks
- Provide administrative support to the business
- Maintain and manage our extensive database
- Conduct initial interviews and screening
- Assist in writing job briefs and advertisements
- Coordinate third-party testing when necessary
- Undertake ad hoc tasks to ensure timely completion of recruitment

Qualifications and Skills:

- Any Law industry knowledge and/or recruitment experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential
- A minimum of 1 year of prior exposure to a corporate environment, and an understanding of professional conduct
- Proficiency, or be willing to learn GSuite products, Dropbox, Apple and Microsoft programs, and LinkedIn
- Excellent attention to detail and proactive thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage a diary
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative
