Libraries ACT is on the hunt for a customer-focused superstar to join our team
Library Support Officers serve as the first point of contact for community members when using library services. They deliver high-quality customer service and regularly liaise with members of the wider community, promoting the resources and services Libraries ACT has available.
Library Support Officers can participate in and contribute to conversations around programming, policies, and procedures as they relate to branch operations and safety.
