We are now looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead a newly created team of Asset Finance sales consultants.

Key Accountabilities

  • Fostering a high-performing team culture by leading from the front
  • Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to the team, inspiring them to achieve successful outcomes for every client.
  • Daily conversations with our lender partners to enhance lender relations.
  • Ensuring clear compliance and call quality frameworks are in place and adhered to at the highest level, whilst constantly looking for new ways to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Developing workforce planning strategies and initiatives, including learning and development initiatives.
  • Providing daily customer insights and reporting to the Head of Sales on team performance to ensure company objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Acting as an ambassador of Valiant's three core values:

Requirements

  • Experience in sales either as a team leader or 2IC
  • Experience in commercial lending and Asset Finance is desirable
  • Passion for staff development and engagement
  • Experience with Cloud SAAS systems, such as CRMs, dialler systems or call recordings are essential
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills with high attention to detail.
  • Great problem solver with the ability to think quickly
  • Able to report on analyse sales performance metrics
  • Ready to take initiative as well as work as part of a team
