Experience Preferable:

- Proven background in and ability to lead a sales team.
- 10+ years Software sales experience - preferably enterprise software and customers.
- Transactional software sales experience - Expansion and Renewals
- Proven ability to grow and coach a team from inexperience to high performance
- Player / Coach
- Demonstrate experience in both direct and indirect leadership and influence
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan and co-ordinate with senior leaders in the business (M4, M5 and M6)
- Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and attain targets
- Execute on expansion play, sales strategies and align with the GTM team
- Execute on Marketing Campaigns, lead follow up and scoring
- Train inside sales reps, coach and grow our team to be the ASR’s of tomorrow
- Demonstrated capability in discipline of managing a direct sales team:

- Forecast Cadence and Accuracy
- Pipeline Cadence and leading indicators

Manages a team of inside sales representatives for ANZ, this team will be further broken down into supporting GEH, North and South Segments of the market. Based out of Sydney with the Inside Sales Team the manager will participate in implementing and driving a comprehensive strategy to execute on all our Enterprise sub $50K transactions. This will include renewal, top ups and other expansion transactions. The manager will be responsible for driving the Expansion sales plays in the install base and driving the team to exceed sales targets. Responsible for coaching, performance management and career development of inside staff. This role will also require the capability of influential leadership and the ability to drive and articulate value to the FLM’s, GM’s and VP for the ANZ region. The manager will be responsible for forecasting accurately, managing pipeline, ensuring delivery of sales against target. Further the manager will oversee co-ordination of nurture marketing programs and relevant activities. Manager is expected to attract, retain and develop talent in the team to ensure we build our salesforce of the future.

- Forecast within 10% accuracy
- Attain Quota
- Maintain 4 x 1 Pipe Cover
- Execute the defined Expansion Sales Plays
- 90% Renewal Rate

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

Provides daily operations management of the outbound telemarketing call response and lead qualification functions. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle's opportunities across all products and product lines.

Manages, through other managers, a team of telesales business development representatives for a territory/region. Provides operations management outbound call response and lead qualification functions. Creates product, sales, and business function training programs. Oversees coordination of marketing (direct mail, advertising, etc.) activities with Marketing organization. Contributes to strategic and tactical planning for the division. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff. Participates in the recruiting process and makes hiring decisions. Manages budget.

Experience qualifying prospects and customers; understanding of the sales cycle process. Strong leadership skills. Strong Oracle product knowledge. BA/BS preferred. Experience managing staff. Assist in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Able to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations important.
