The Company
This industry leading company based on Sydney's North Shore, seeking a Business Analyst for a 12 month fixed-term contract. They are in the planning stages of a Workday implementation and are looking for an experienced BA to assist them with the implementation. This business is passionate about what they do and embrace new approaches to work and learning.

The Role
As a Business Analyst you will have experience in large scale HRIS implementations, ideally with Workday.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Process mapping of current vs future state HR activities
  • Creation of supporting documentation including user guides, SoPs and process maps
  • Working closely with Testing and Change streams
  • Support stream leads with the completion of Workbooks and making design decisions

Your Qualifications
You will have a background in ERP systems, specifically Workday, and a Bachelors degree in IT or a related field would be highly regarded. You will have at least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role. Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication sills are vital
