About the role:
You will work closely with the Member Operations team to manage superannuation accounts, process applications, and provide superior customer service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accurately process superannuation contributions within specified time frames
  • Update member accounts and maintain accurate, confidential records
  • Respond to member requests via phone and email
  • Generate correspondence to confirm completed requests
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures
  • Review and recommend updates to accounts where necessary
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to members

About you:

  • Proven ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Quick learner, able to adapt to changing environments
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Knowledge of the banking or finance sector is desirable but not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Current National Police Check (NPC) is required
