Your new company is a service industry company seeking an administrator to join their team on a temporary contract. There may be potential for extensions in the role.

**Your new role**

Your new role will be responsible for the following duties:

- Processing of invoices for all business units
- Assisting with project documentation and filing
- Answering phone calls
- Monitoring orders for customers and updating accordingly
- Providing administrative support to multiple teams
- Preparing timesheets for payroll
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and invoiced according to deadlines

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in an administration and customer service role
- Experienced working within customer portals
- Experienced working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using an ERP system
