**Duties**
- Data entry of records and information
- Process invoice
- Respond to enquiries
- Liaise with various service providers
- File
- Database maintenance
- Ad hoc administration

**Skills & experience**
- Proven administration experience
- Ability to multitask and thrive work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with patience and empathy
- Well developed interpersonal skills both face to face and over the phone
- High level organisational and data entry skills
- A team player
- Sound and accurate data entry skills
