Senior Project Officer

You will be working closely with a Director, being a key point of contact between the project group and the PMO team.

Based in Parramatta, with a hybrid office and WFH culture.  
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Build workstream plans and work breakdown structures
  • Identify and manage dependencies and risks across streams
  • Manage project governance and communications
  • Financial reporting.
  • Build project reporting and PCG status reports
  • Assist in recruitment of project resources.

  
   What You Need to Succeed

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Officer
  • NSW Government experience.
  • Financial reporting – actuals vs budgets
  • Strong Microsoft skills, Project, SharePoint/Teams etc.
  • Great communication skills, a team player who enjoys the work.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks.
  • You will need to work 1-2 days in the Parramatta office.
