The EL2 Level Agile Coach (Labour Hire) is a pivotal leadership role within our Client's organisation.
Located in SURRY HILLS OR PENRITH NSW, this position requires a high level of expertise and autonomy to manage complex projects and guide teams in agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Agile Practices: Act as the central point of contact for agile methodologies, coaching teams and individuals in agile practices and principles.
  • Facilitating Agile Ceremonies: Oversee and facilitate key agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Removing Impediments: Assist teams in identifying and addressing impediments to progress.
  • Adopting Agile Tools: Guide teams in the adoption and effective use of agile tools and techniques.
  • Agile Metrics and Reporting: Provide guidance on agile metrics and reporting to track progress and outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Improvement: Work closely with other coaches and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentoring: Develop and mentor agile team members, fostering their growth and enhancing team performance.

About You
To excel in this role, you will need:

  • SAFe Accreditation or Equivalent Agile Certification: Proven expertise in agile methodologies.
  • Strong Facilitation Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Mentoring Experience: Ability to mentor and provide guidance within a team environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Confidence in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in similar agile coaching roles.
  • Additional agile certifications or training.
