Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture and Design

  • Lead the design of end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and integration strategies.
  • Ensure solutions align with best practices and organizational standards.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Oversee code reviews and promote coding best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive development efforts.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Present solution designs and proofs of concept to diverse audiences.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.

Implementation and Integration

  • Oversee customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service).
  • Design and implement integrations with other systems and third-party applications.
  • Utilize Azure services and APIs for advanced functionality and connectivity.

Power Platform Utilization

  • Develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
  • Automate workflows with Power Automate.
  • Create insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Technical Skills Required

  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, Resource Scheduling, etc.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of Common Data Service (Dataverse).
  • Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps).
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
  • Expertise in data modeling, workflows, and business process flows.

Role Details

  • Location: Melbourne-based hybrid role (not suitable for interstate candidates).
  • Contract Duration: 6 months, full-time.
