About the Role:

We are looking for three ASO1 Filing Officers to join our team immediately and support our documentation management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • File employee documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Scan and archive documents in compliance with company standards
  • Sort and batch high volumes of paperwork
  • Ensure data input is accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate with team members to meet strict deadlines

About You:

  • Proven experience in filing, scanning, and archiving documents
  • Strong background in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and reliability
  • Familiarity with CHRIS21 or similar payroll/accounting systems (not essential)
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
