About the role:
This entry-level position involves supporting our client's shared services team by performing a variety of administrative tasks, including alpha-sorting, filing employee documentation, scanning and archiving, and sorting and batching.

Working hours: Full-time equivalent - 37.5 hours per week

Commencement date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Alpha-sorting and filing employee documentation.
  • Scanning and archiving important records.
  • Sorting and batching documents for processing.
  • Maintaining an organised and efficient filing system.
  • Performing data entry tasks with speed and accuracy.
  • Assisting with other administrative duties as required.

About You:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Demonstrated data entry skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work full-time hours from 9am to 5pm.
  • A current Police Clearance is required.
