CTS is a B2B fleet management specialist, offering 24/7 breakdown assistance supported by a modern fleet and cutting-edge technology. We assist clients across industries such as mining, energy, transport, civil construction, and agriculture, employing a data-driven approach to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation
- Actively seek new business opportunities and generate sales inquiries within the commercial tyre market.
- Develop and implement a targeted sales plan for potential customers in the region.
- Assess customer needs to recommend the right tyre solutions, products, and services.
Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Foster long-term relationships with key clients to understand their needs and optimize service.
- Prepare and present quotations and sales agreements, following up to close sales effectively.
Customer Retention and Development
- Engage regularly with existing customers to understand their ongoing business needs and suggest suitable products.
- Collaborate closely with the branch team to coordinate tyre deliveries, installations, and after-sales support, enhancing client satisfaction.
- Proactively address and resolve client concerns to meet and exceed expectations.
Market Analysis and Sales Strategy
- Track local market trends, competitor activity, and identify new growth opportunities within the service area.
- Identify and pursue new sales channels to increase brand presence and market share.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our product offerings, industry developments, and competitive advantages to present confidently to clients.
Reporting and Documentation
- Use CRM software to keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, summarizing achievements, future opportunities, and any challenges faced.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Regional Managers to set and review sales goals on a regular basis.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably within the tyre industry or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a commitment to high levels of customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in commercial tyre sales or a related industry.
- Familiarity with tyre products and services for commercial vehicles.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the branchs service area.
