Admin and Accounts Assistant

Merge is seeking an Admin and Accounts Assistant. The role will involve data entry and processing of invoices into accounting software and general office support. You will be joining a growing company with over 35 business locations in Australia. This is a casual full-time role with potential to go permanent.
**About the role**:
- You will need to assist the Finance Manager.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and raising purchase requisitions.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- General administrative duties
**The successful applicant has the following skills and experience**:
- Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role preferred.
- Proficient in using accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Need a valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
