You have a proven commercial or operations background within FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing with demonstrated experience balancing operational planning, excellence and change management whilst achieving outcomes across customers, people, growth, quality and financial performance. You enjoy planning, engaging stakeholders and communicating business plans and reports through your highly developed communication skills.
